By registering an account or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Site immediately.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes will be resolved in the state courts of Wyoming or the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming.
Minimum age
This Site is intended solely for adults aged 18 or over. By accessing or registering, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we will delete it.
Use of the Site

Prohibited content
You may not upload, share, or distribute nudity, sexually explicit material or pornography, or any content involving minors. Gore, harassment, and illegal material are also prohibited. We may remove such content and suspend or terminate the account.
Intellectual property
The Site, the Plumppr brand, and materials that are not user content belong to Plumppr LLC or its licensors. If you believe your copyright was infringed, email [email protected] with the subject 'Copyright' and include the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512 (DMCA notice).
Payments and subscriptions
Paid features, when available, are processed through Stripe. Price, term, and renewal are shown before you pay. You may cancel to avoid future charges from account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Refunds follow what is stated at checkout and applicable law.
Disclaimer
The Site is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that information is complete or up to date.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plumppr LLC's total liability for claims arising from the Site will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case the maximum permitted by law applies.
