Who is responsible

Information we collect
We may collect:
- Account: username, email address, date of birth, and a hashed password.
- Profile: information you choose to publish (bio, body, identity, preferences, kinks, social links, photos).
- Approximate location: city/country and coordinates if you select them for nearby members.
- Messages, comments, and other activity on the Site.
- Technical usage: IP address, browser type, device, and session identifiers.
- Payments: Stripe processes cards and billing details; we do not store full card numbers.
- Notifications: if you enable push, OneSignal may store a device token.
We use essential cookies (login session) and a language cookie. Performance tools (e.g. Vercel Speed Insights) and push (OneSignal) may use similar technologies. You can block non-essential cookies in your browser; some features may stop working.
How we use your information
We use it to:
- Provide, maintain, protect, and improve the Site (including image moderation).
- Personalize features such as search, nearby members, and basic matching.
- Contact you about your account, security, and the service.
- Comply with law and enforce these terms.
- Process subscription payments through Stripe.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it with service providers that help us run the Site, under our instructions, including:
- Cloudflare (images, Turnstile security, and moderation).
- Stripe (payments).
- OneSignal (push notifications, if you enable them).
- Pusher (realtime messaging).
- Mapbox (location autocomplete).
- Vercel (hosting) and MongoDB (database).
- Postmark (transactional email).
- Authorities or other parties when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or the Site.
Your information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where these providers operate. Those countries' laws may differ from the laws where you live.
Security
We use reasonable measures (encryption in transit, hashed passwords, HttpOnly session cookies). No system is 100% secure.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example certain U.S. states or the EEA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, and to data portability. You can edit much of your data in your profile, delete your account in Settings (which removes associated data), or email [email protected]. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. If you live in California: we do not sell or 'share' personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA.
Retention
We keep your account while it is active. If you delete it, we delete the profile, photos, associated messages, and provider data to the extent reasonably possible. We may keep minimal records if required by law, security, or disputes.
Minors
The Site is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor registered, contact us so we can delete the account.
Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the new version on the Site with a new last-updated date. If a change is material, we may also email you.
