How to register

1. Click the green Register button on the welcome page.
2. Choose a username, enter your email and date of birth.
3. Accept the terms and conditions and complete the security check.
4. You'll receive an email with your password. Use it to log in for the first time — it's that easy!

How to complete your profile

1. Go to the Edit Profile section from the sidebar.
2. Fill in your details: location, age, body type, what you identify as, and more.
3. The required fields are marked clearly — you'll see a warning if any are missing.
4. A complete profile helps other users find you and connect more easily.

If it's your first time entering the site after registering, you must complete the required fields before you can start using Plumppr.

How to set your profile photo

1. After logging in, you'll be asked to set up your profile.
2. Click on the profile picture area and select an image from your device.
3. The image will be processed automatically and added a watermark for your protection.
4. You can change your profile photo anytime from your profile page.

How to upload photos to your album

1. On the sidebar, click the Upload Photo button.
2. Select an image from your device. It will be processed and watermarked automatically.
3. Your photos will appear in your album for everyone to see, and you can comment on them in the photo modal.
4. Visitors open your album from your profile—same flow you use on theirs.

Viewing other people's album photos (free accounts)

1. Without Premium you can open up to 10 different album photos per calendar day. Each unique photo counts once toward that limit.
2. Opening the same photo again later that day does not use another slot.
3. Only views from someone's profile or full album gallery count—opening album photos while scrolling the home feed does not.
4. The counter resets at midnight UTC (for Argentina that's usually 9:00 p.m. local time).
5. Premium accounts have unlimited album photo views.

Profiles show how many album views you have left while you're browsing others.

How to post on the feed

1. On the home page, type your message in the text box at the top.
2. You can also attach an image to your post.
3. Click Publish and your post will appear on the feed.

Important: Feed posts are only visible for 3 days. After that they are automatically removed to keep the feed fresh and current.

Follow, Plumpp & HyperPlumpps

1. Follow: subscribe to someone's updates from their profile and manage followers/following from profile actions.
2. Plumpp: send a daily shout-out from another member's profile (there's a limit per user per day so it stays meaningful).
3. HyperPlumpps: total hearts you've received on feed posts plus comments, displayed on your profile.

Messages

1. Open Messages from the header to read conversations and reply.
2. Start a chat from another member's profile with Send a message when it appears.

Finding members

1. Online members in the sidebar reflect recent activity—typically within about the past two hours.
2. Nearby members uses your approximate location after your browser asks permission.
3. All Members and Search let you filter by username, location and other criteria.

Safety: block & report

1. Use Block user on a profile when you don't want that person interacting with you through Plumppr.
2. Use Report on posts, comments or profiles when something breaks the community rules.
3. Review Blocked Users from profile actions while browsing members.

Account & username

1. Usernames are unique ignoring capitalization—Bear and bear count as the same handle.
2. Change your password anytime under Account Settings.
3. Delete your entire account permanently from Account Settings (Danger Zone).

Premium

Premium removes daily album view caps, expands album storage and unlocks extras such as visitor insights. For now, all premium features are free for every user—no subscription required. When paid plans launch, you will be able to subscribe or manage billing from Account Settings → Plans & Pricing (or Pricing).

Common questions

1. Why can't I open more album photos today? Free accounts have a daily limit of unique album opens. Wait until it resets after midnight UTC, upgrade to Premium for unlimited views, or reopen photos you've already counted—they stay free.
2. Does the feed eat my album views? No. Only opening photos from a person's profile or album gallery counts.
3. Why is my username taken when I capitalize it differently? We treat uppercase and lowercase as the same so every member has one distinct username.
4. Where do I delete my account? Account Settings → Danger Zone.
5. What does "online" mean? Recent activity in Plumppr—not a guarantee someone is staring at chat right now.
